Price List:
Minimum fee: $ 50.00
Via Telephone, over five minutes, less than 10 minutes: $ 75.00
Via Telephone, over 10 minutes, less than twenty minutes: $100.00
Via Telephone, over 20 minutes, each 20 minutes or fraction thereof: $100.00
In person interview, Minimum fee: $100.00
Each 30 minutes after first 30 minutes or fraction thereof: $100.00
Via Mail or e-mail, Minimum fee: $ 50.00
Each additional page after first page, multiple choice: $ 75.00
Each additional page after first page, essay questions: $200.00
Postage and handling (mandatory): $ 25.00
Exclusivity, per day: $500.00
(1) Survey taker will hold respondent harmless in the event that litigation results from data provided by the survey taker.
(2) Should survey require travel and lodging, the survey taker will provide first class lodging and transportation and per diem expenses of not less than $200.00 per day.
(3) In no case shall the respondent be required to participate more than eight hours in any weekday. There shall be a one-hour rest period after four hours and a meal shall be provided.
(4) If respondent is required to respond on a weekend, all fees shall be DOUBLE.
(5) All fees shall be negotiated in advance and PAID IN ADVANCE. Respondent shall have no responsibility beyond what is paid.
I am sure you will be completely satisfied with my services as I am as interested in good data and service to all of personkind as you are. Kindly remit $10.00 to defray my costs in providing the information you requested. It will be deducted from my fee.
